Robert Andwood

	Senior Vice President, Private Label Solutions

Bob Andwood joined PHH Mortgage in September 1996 as Vice President, Financial Institutions and helped to build the private label solutions channel, which included such partners as Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab Bank, PNC Bank, and Banco Popular.

Prior to joining PHH Mortgage, Bob served as Senior Vice President at First Interstate Bank of Texas. As President of First Interstate's Residential Mortgage Lending subsidiary, he was involved in the transition of its joint venture with PHH Mortgage. Bob was also instrumental in the Wells Fargo decision to continue working with PHH Mortgage after the purchase of First Interstate Bank.

Bob earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Western New England College. During his career, Bob represented the mortgage industry as Chairman of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association and Chairman of the American Bankers Housing and Real Finance Committee.
