Marty Foster serves as Senior Vice President of Servicing for PHH Mortgage. He is responsible for managing all aspects of loan servicing including customer service, escrow administration, investor accounting and reporting, cashiering and payment processing, sales and acquisition, and default administration. He also serves on PHH Mortgage’s Executive Quality Control Committee.

Before joining PHH Mortgage (then Cendant Mortgage) in 1997, Marty spent three years with Countrywide Mortgage as Senior Vice President, Servicing, where he managed over 450 employees. Prior to Countrywide, Marty was with Shearson/Lehman for 11 years where he served as Executive Vice President for four years.

Marty earned his bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the State University of New York-Oneonta. Marty serves on the Alltel Advisory Committee, FNMA Strategic Partnering Group, and FHLMC Servicer Advisory Board.
