Ron Lyles

	Senior Vice President, and CFO, PHH Mortgage

Ron Lyles is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for PHH Mortgage. As CFO, Ron is responsible for driving accountability and profitability of the company's business channels through all layers of management, as well as leading the Client Pricing Committee. For six years prior to this appointment, Ron served as Vice President of Planning and Analysis for PHH Mortgage, where he was instrumental in designing analysis and evaluating profitability by channel, as well as developing a disciplined approach to ensuring client profitability.

Prior to joining PHH Mortgage, Ron served as Chief Financial Officer for GMAC Home Services where he was responsible for all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, accounting and long term planning as well as business development activities including acquisitions and mergers. Ron had previously served as Finance Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions for Barnett Banks.

Ron earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgia State University and has also completed graduate courses in business management and accounting at the University of North Florida.
